The Blues Bar & Brasserie

Recently voted Hotel Restaurant of the Year at the Blackpool Tourism Awards, dining at the stylish Blues Bar and Brasserie is an enjoyable experience. Whether it's a lazy cappuccino or a delicious gourmet meal, it offers a tasteful backdrop to relax and dine in comfort. Sink into a soft, rust red leather armchair and enjoy a long, cool drink or sip a cosmopolitan at the bar.

Children can create their own fresh pizzas while parents can choose from an extensive menu designed with a European feel using only fresh, local produce.

Breakfast

Served from 7.30am to 10.00am, Monday to Friday
and from 7.30am to 10.30am, Saturday, Sunday

Light meals & snacks

Available from 10.00am to 5.30pm

Afternoon Teas

Available daily from 2:00pm - 5:00pm (Served in Blues Bar, Cafe Bar or al fresco on the patio)

Dinner

Served from from 5.30pm to 9.30pm all week
Last Orders at 9.30pm

For Dinner the brasserie offers an a la carte menu, chef's menu (three courses priced at £22.95 per person) as well as a children's menu, copies of our a la carte and children's menu can be viewed below (copies of a sample chef's menu are available on request).

Please note that on 31st December & 1st January dinner is not available with the exception of guests staying on our New Year residential package with dinner and entertainment included.
