“Just the best” - by

I booked the deluxe suite as a surprise for my wife n WOW !!! we weren't disappointed.Free bottle of wine,tea/coffee making facilities with plenty of milk n sugar, two big tv's,dvd player, fire, living room etc etc The bed was massive and very comfortable, obviously with it been the suite there was plenty of room and it was extremely clean and tidy.
The bathroom and shower were of a very high standard with an extensive range of complimentary toiletries.
Breakfast the next morning was very good, tasty and fresh, yes we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated but that wasn't a problem at all.The waitress took us to our table and explained everything to us about what we needed to do as it was our 1st time in the hotel (although it won't be our last ) No complaints at all about breakfast and my wife and I both enjoyed it.
The only regret we had was not checking in earlier than we did as we would have liked to eat dinner in their restaurant but it was all ready fully booked-even though we didn't check in until 2pm;oh well I feel another trip is due
Over all an outstanding hotel and we had a fantastic weekend with The Big Blue Hotel playing a big part in that.

Located to one end of the promenade, literally right next to the Pleasure Beach. May be a problem when open but closed on our visit, so peaceful. A very well organised hotel which arranged a fleet of taxis to ferry all the guests to the Winter Gardens, at least 120 of us. Comfortable room with twin beds and bunk beds for children. Well equipped, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee facilities. Tv in main body of room along with working size desk and two tv's fixed at appropriate heights for the bunk beds, also a large wall mounted snakes and ladders. Buffet style breakfast, plenty of choice continental to full English.speedy check in and out. Need walking shoes for the main centre of Blackpool or a taxi. Full air con.

Four of us stayed here for 2 nights in November and I've for to say it's the best hotel in Blackpool by far. We had a deluxe double room each and they were beautiful, cosy and spotlessly clean couldn't fault a thing. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming we had a meal in the restaurant and the food was delicious and staff were lovely in there especially (Andrew) who took care of us during our meal. The bar was lovely and relaxing with yummy cocktails and the afternoon tea was delicious! The staff were really nice especially (sheamus) don't know how to spell it but he was really lovely and always made sure we was ok. We will definitely be coming back next year and looking forward it it too thanks!
