You had some of our training team with you this week, Gill and Scott, after the event I wanted to give you some feedback. Sadly it’s not good feedback.

It’s great feedback! They thought your hotel was brilliant, the staff couldn’t do enough to help them and they thought the environment was delightful. It was noted that the hotel was at full occupancy and yet your teams still couldn’t do enough to make us welcome and make our day one to remember.

It was great to stay in accommodation that really delivered on its promises and other peoples reviews. We ate in the hotel in the evening, the food and service were very good. Breakfast was fresh with a huge choice."

We stayed at this hotel for 2nights last weekend and it was brill. The outlook of the hotel is very fitting and pleasant and the reception and communal areas are very welcoming and tastefully decorated. Our room was big and had a lovely large city bed, there was also bunk beds with teles next to them for kids and we thought the snakes and ladders giant game was a nice touch.

All in all outstanding weekend we will defo return"

We've just got back after our first stay ever at The Big Blue. We have no complaints, the Hotel is Clean, Comfortable and the Staff can't do enough to help, nothing is too much bother. The food is lovely. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and a Definite for future stays on visits to Blackpool. We have recommended it to friends. Thank you to all at the Hotel :)
