Checking in and out

You can check into your room on the day of your arrival from 3:00pm.

Check out is at 11:00am, but late check out until 1:00pm may be available for a supplement

Parking

Guests can park at on-site car park for (12 midday – 12 midday when booked directly with us). Charges vary depending on if you book direct or through a third party. It is always best to book direct.

Please note: parking is at your own risk and the hotel cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or claim to vehicles or items left in vehicles.

EV Charging

There are two EV charging points available at the Big Blue Hotel

You can charge your vehicle at £15 for five hours (charging times apply between 7am and 10pm) in addition to the nightly car parking charge. 

Exceeding five hours charging time, an additional £15 charge will be applied to your room account. Hotel residents requiring use of the EV charging points must provide contact details and their vehicle key to reception to be kept securely. 

Charging points are only to be used as charging and not for use as a car parking space.
