  1. Package includes Grotto ticket per child – each Grotto ticket includes – One child entry to the Grotto, one free gift suitable for young children, one hot chocolate, and one ride on Alice in Wonderland.
  2. Children may be accompanied by a maximum of two adults per booking in the Grotto. Additional adults must pay the Grotto entry price.
  3. Rates vary during the period of validity; please check availability for applicable rate/s.
  4. Available selected dates in November and December (until 07th).
  5. Only one adult may accompany the child on the Alice in Wonderland Ride. Additional adult tickets can be purchased for £5.00.
  6. Time slots are in 30 min intervals, you will see Santa within this time and still be able to explore the Grotto and enjoy the other experiences.
  7. The Alice in Wonderland ride is subject to operational availability and height restrictions – Minimum heigh 117cm.
